This kiln is just the perfect size for all my ceramic needs. I have done several firings and they have all turned out great! The Rampmaster II controller is extremely easy to use. The customer service reps are always available and very helpful for the many questions that I had leading up to my purchase. Soul Ceramics is the best company there is when buying your kiln. I own 2 glass kilns that are in my studio and I bought both from them through this company. I love getting their weekly messages on the kiln’s progress. After my kiln arrived, they quickly answered any questions I had. This is very important because you have no frustrations with your new kiln.
