This is my second purchase of an Evenheat kiln from Soul Ceramics. I needed a larger kiln and was happy with my first (smaller) Evenheat kiln. However one of the main factors was the stellar customer service I received from Soul Ceramics.
The new kiln came earlier than anticipated (yea!), well packaged, and again, stellar customer service. So great kiln, fair prices and great customer service. Thanks Soul Ceramics - a winner again.

I purchased a glass kiln from Soul Ceramics, to ship to Alaska. They were great! I received weekly updates from them and when the shipper transferred to another company for Alaska deliveries, they helped me track it and gave me pertinent information. They were always professional and helpful and Friendly! I would recommend this company for anyone and especially shipments to Alaska. They helped arrange the shipping where other companies give you information and you have to do it yourself. 10 Stars to Soul Ceramics!!!

The team at Soul Ceramics was amazing to work with and ensured a flawless experience ordering my first kiln. Their price beat the other sites I shopped and they kept me updated weekly until it shipped. They gave very clear instructions on how to receive shipment and I felt very comfortable knowing if there was a problem I’d know exactly how to address it (but there wasn’t fortunately). 10/10 recommend!

Soul Ceramics was everything and more! Great product and delivery from placing an order to tracking the delivery. I wanted to use the kiln a few times before commenting and now ready. The Evenheat 14 is the perfect size for a home or small studio and SoulCeramics is the perfect place to get it. They have the best products and price! I will continue to support this business.

I did my homework by reading other reviews from different businesses. Soul Ceramics had the best reviews on customer service. I put them to the test. I called and asked questions about the kiln that I was interested in. I got my answers and ordered a week later. They really do keep in touch with the buyer and like many others, it took half the time for my delivery. I have never seen anything delivered with so much care. Setting up went very smooth.

Great wheel and excellent service from soul ceramics and speedball. Already got everything registered and got the glaze rebate. Both companies are very responsive, excellent customer service! New to pottery but the wheel seems to be excellent. Also found the best price at soul ceramics.

Our Evenheat Kiln actually arrived earlier than the 6 - 8 weeks. Soul Ceramics communication was stellar. They kept us informed each step and answered our question promptly. The kiln has not been uncrated yet as we are moving. However it arrived completely intact. Honestly there is not a mark on the boxes
Once it is set up we have no doubt if we need assistance in any way that Soul Ceramics will provide it promptly. This company should be a model for customer satisfaction for all other companies. Would highly recommend this company, and hopefully our kiln!

My kiln of preference has always been an Olympic, however, the normal production times are quite lengthy for any custom kiln. Soul Ceramics had an in stock model with most of the features I was looking for so I purchased. Their communications regarding the purchase was immediate. Fast shipping (awesome shipping company) and excellent product! Thumbs up, Soul Ceramics!

I emailed questions and had the answers the next day. I love the customer service with this company and I now how a great baby kiln.

The upkeep and reassuring of things moving along are great! I received my kiln WAYYYY B4 expected to. I have not yet had the chance to fire it up, but, its a coming. Thank you Soul Ceramics. Its people/places like you that rock our world!

Ordered a kiln fory wife's birthday gift. I paid extra for an I stock model. The kiln arrived in 3 days, the shipping box was in good condition but on unpacking the kiln I found the control unit was severely damaged.
I took photos and contacted customer service and I am glad to say that they got right on it.
Within 24 hours of first contacting them they had contacted the manufacturer and I had a UPS tracking number for a replacement controller to be delivered in a few days time.
When stuff like this happens it really matters how the company handles the problem and the staff at Soul Ceramics excelled!
