Are refurbished kilns reliable?

Yes — every unit is refurbished by the same factory technicians who built it, fully tested, and carries the same manufacturer warranty as a new kiln.

What's the catch with factory refurbished kilns?

Minor cosmetic blemishes only. Units are sold as-is for cosmetics, but function and warranty are identical to new — at a meaningful discount, in stock and ready to ship.

How do refurbished prices compare to new?
