They answered all my questions in a timely manner, offered the best price, and had great communication in regards to production and shipment. Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. The kiln is easy to operate and every piece of greenware, ceramics, clay, and glass I have fired so far have looked beautiful!
The kiln came very quickly and in great condition. The three button panel is very easy to work with and the booklet is so detailed it wasn’t difficult to follow. I just got the calendar and I’ve already used it four times. All of my pieces have come out really pretty and handled the temperature very well. Kiln arrived earlier than expected by about 3 weeks! Freight company was a pleasure to deal with as was Soul Ceramics. Kiln in perfect condition and working great thus far ! I have heat treated two batches of O1 blades so far and it works flawlessly! Would purchase this kiln and from this company again.
I like that this is a tabletop wheel as i’d rather throw standing up than seated. The wheel was shipped very securely. I can kind of feel the wheel slowing down a little when I’m centering, so i adjust the speed and it’s fine.
the wheel feels very well made and sturdy. i dont even plan to throw more than 5# at once on this wheel, so it suits my needs very well.
i wish the splash pan had some more clearance between it and the wheelhead, but otherwise it’s great, im happy with my purchase
I received the Olympic MAS1823 HE and a vent system and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Soul Ceramics kept me updated on the delivery. The kiln was in stock so I received it 13 days after ordering! I just fired it up for the first time, so excited :)!!
Kiln arrived promptly unpacked and all is good. After throughly re reading all the information, I fired my very first bisque items. As a complete beginner to kiln use, I I have found this little kiln to be perfect. Im not sure upgrading the control panel was a good idea, as I will only be using this for basic ceramic creations, but I suppose that I have the option in the future to advance a little. My Olympic kiln was delivered with no damages. I had an issue with the stand and it was taken care of right away. Customer service will keep you informed every 2 weeks until kiln is delivered. I'm happy with the kiln and the service. Thank you
I ordered the Evenheat RM II 1822 and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I received weekly order updates from Soul Ceramics, and my kiln actually arrived a few weeks early! It arrived in perfect condition, and the folks at Soul even sent me paper copies of the manuals since I was having difficulties with the digital versions. The kiln is the perfect size for my basement studio, I've done a test fire, a bisque fire and a glaze fire, both all great and I haven't noticed the kiln heating up my house at all while running. Very happy with this purchase!
I got the Olympic Kiln from Soul ceramic and I love my kiln so much it’s small but it’s mighty! I have done a few loads already and I love it very muchhhh! Before I buy the kiln I had chats with the team and I told them how small of the space I have and what cone for my works & then they’re recommended the Olympic doll-e kiln! And they’re always help me out with the questions I have (im new to pottery) also I got my kiln so fast I think in 3 days. Will do the business with Soul ceramic again!
