Are you an Authorized Dealer? 

Yes! Soulceramics.com we are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. This ensures that you will get the full warranty! In fact, as we want to help save you both time and money, we are shipping all of our products directly from the manufacturers themselves!

Where can I find a manual for my product?

You can find installation and operating manuals for all our products on the product manuals page!

Does delivery require a signature?

This depends on what product is being ordered; for smaller items - even including some smaller JenKen kilns, these will not need a signature. However, all Evenheat kilns which are shipped either via R&L Carriers or SAIA will require a signature, and will call you to arrange for a delivery time.

The kiln I want to purchase requires 39A and I have a 40A breaker - is this okay?

This is too close to your electrical requirements and we would recommend you either install a more powerful breaker, or downsize on your kiln selection.

Is it safe to purchase online?

Absolutely! We are fully PCI compliant and use state of the art SHA-256 HTTPS encryption throughout our entire website. This will ensure that your credit card details are all kept 100% secure and encrypted!

What if I want to purchase an item that is not listed on your website?

If you are aware of an item that is made by one of brands; chances are we can certainly order it for you. Please contact us for more information!

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Both JenKen and EvenHeat manufacture all of their kilns as made-to-order; so we do not carry stock of any of these.

Speedball; however - is always in stock and ships within the first few days of ordering.

Are your kilns compatible in Europe?

The default selection of kilns are not CE-rated; however if you contact us with the kiln you are interested, we can provide you with a quote for a CE-rated kiln.

What is CE Mark?

CE marking is the manufacturer's declaration that the product meets the requirements to be sold in the European Economic Area. 

What payment options do you offer?

We are authorized merchant of all major credit card and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shopify Pay.

We do not accept checks in the post, or wire transfers at this time.

When will my kiln ship?

All Evenheat and Jenken kilns, heat treat, and knife ovens are made to order. The exact lead time will depend on how many orders are are currently in their queue to be manufacturer. Orders have shipped as fast as 3 weeks, and have taken as long as 7 weeks in the past.

Unfortunately there is nothing Soul Ceramics can do to speed up how quickly a kiln is built; all lead times are estimates and we are not often provided with an update until the order ships.

What is the warranty on your products?

Warranty information for all manufactures can be found on the warranty page.

Are you able to modify the kiln?

Apart from small modifications; such as drilling holes for Orton Vent Master - no modifications can be made from the design of a kiln.

Can I modify my kiln for ___ ?

For technical questions such as these; we recommend calling the manufacturer of your kiln directly. They have much more in-depth knowledge on their products and will be able to guide you in the right direction, as well as ensure your warranty is not affected!

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes we do! Please contact us for any information needed; or to send in the the purchase order. We will be happy to keep this as a part of the documentation for your order; however orders must still be made either online or over the phone with a credit or debit card to complete the transaction. If you'd like to coordinate this with your finance & accounting department, please feel free to reach out and we can begin this process.

Do you offer international shipping?

We only ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States and do not handle international shipping directly; however this can be still be arranged!

All you'll need to do is arrange shipping with a freight forwarder. This is someone who handles the shipping and importation customs for international and non-contiguous US shipments, and handles any of the local sales taxes that you may need to pay.

Recommended freight forwarders can be found below; of course you're more than welcome to use any company that you'd like to do business with!

Freight forwarders will generally need shipping dimensions and the weight of your package, which can usually be found on the product page of our website. These are approximate as the manufacturer may change their packaging - but it should get you to a rough idea for the quote you'll receive from the freight forwarder. If you cannot find these - please do reach out to our support team and we'd be happy to provide this for you.

Can I use my own shipping provider?

You are more than welcome to use your own shipping provider; however the logistics of which must be arranged by yourself, and payment to the shipping company must be made directly - and not from Soul Ceramics LLC. This policy is in place is due to past fraudulent requests to illegitimate shipping companies.
